Offering an honest, trusted and transparent service, Addlington-West Group work relentlessly on your behalf. We take care of the worry and hassle for you and handle your compensation claim professionally and efficiently.

We have so much faith in our expert ability to recoup your money, that we provide our services to you on a no win, no fee* basis. We work solely on a success fee and we do not charge any upfront costs.

Our no win, no fee* arrangements—sometimes referred to as a conditional fee agreement, or a CFA—were introduced for people who are hesitant to outlay further funds for the legal representation they may need to make a compensation claim.

If your claim is successful, the compensation is paid directly to you. At no point during the process do Addlington-West Group have any access to your money. Fourteen days after you have received your money, we simply issue you with your pre-agreed and expected invoice.

Quite simply, if we agree to take on your claim and you don’t receive a pay-out, you don't pay us a penny.

No hidden costs and a no win, no fee* means that you remain in complete control and have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Call our friendly experts today for no-nonsense, professional advice.

Please note that telephone calls to our office are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Addlington-West Group would like to remind you that you are not required to appoint a third-party to represent a claim. You can submit your own claim for free or you can complain to the statutory ombudsman, compensation scheme or represent the claim to alternative dispute resolution scheme if the respondent is a member of such.

*Our success fee is payable upon acceptance of an award and is 42% including VAT (35% plus VAT). If you cancel the agreement prior to the claim reaching a conclusion, a cancellation fee will apply. This is a reasonable fee in relation to work completed to date (currently £150 - including VAT - an hour). Please view our terms of engagement for full details.
