As you are aware and as previously communicated to you, a liquidator has been appointed to administer the winding down procedures for Monster Rewards SL and Monster Group (Travel) SLU.



The job of the liquidator is to ensure minimal financial losses for the benefit of consumers who purchased membership/club products through Monster Rewards SL and Monster Group (Travel) SLU. In this instance, Addlington-West Group has been officially recommended by the liquidator to handle Breach of Contract claims against Monster Rewards SL and Monster Group (Travel) SLU.

For each separate claim, you shall pay us a success fee where your claim is successful. The amount of the success fee will be dependent on the level of award/compensation that is offered and is based on the GROSS amount. Our fees range from 15% to 25% excluding VAT. VAT will also be added and charged at the prevailing rate, which is currently 20%.
